Waste Updates
Effective July 1, 2023, the Blue Box program transitioned to be overseen by Circular Materials Ontario (CMO). Please direct all residential recycling inquiries to their contractor GFL. For new or placement blue boxes, please call GFL at 1-888-941-3345 ext. 1. This transition did not affect the materials that can be recycled or the recycling pickup schedule. Waste Guide & Calendar
Garbage, recyclables, and organics are collected weekly in Dufferin County.
All waste should be properly sorted, at the curb by 7am on your scheduled collection day, and no earlier than 5 pm the day before.
